Details:
This is a 3-night event that will have plenty of writing time, free time, workshop time, and coffee time. Rooms will be shared, so if you have a friend coming along, let me know. We do have a 10-person limit, so make sure deposits are paid to hold your spot.
Cost:
You know it was bound to come up – money. This retreat will cost attendees $350. This covers the house fee, cleaning, food, workshop leaders, and my own nominal organizational fee. As a mother of four myself, I know money doesn’t grow on trees. If you need to set up a payment plan or something else, please contact me and we can discuss options.
How To Join Us
First, we need details from you! Fill out the form linked here.
Then we need a (non-refundable) deposit. Please contact me via email and we can discuss any payment plans needed.
The Fine Print...
- $100 non-refundable deposit to hold an attendee’s spot is required.
- All attendees will adhere to the guidelines of the property.
- All attendees will not smoke on the property or in the presence of other attendees.
- All attendees agree to be photographed at the event and their photo may be used for promotional purposes for future events.
- If you would like to decline your photo being used, please submit the request to the event organizer in writing or via email.
- All attendees will make the host aware of any dietary restrictions at least 45 days prior to the start of the event.
- All attendees attest that they are in good health and can go up and down five steps into and out of the property house.
- Please make the host aware of any medical issues that might need attention during the event.
- The event host and property owners are not responsible for any lost or stolen items, or for any bodily injury that occurs during the event.
- PAYMENTS:
- 50% due 90 days prior retreat start date.
- Remainder due 45 days prior to retreat start date.
- Payment plans are acceptable with retreat organizer authorization.
- CANCELLATIONS:
- If an attendee must cancel their reservation with the retreat, they might be eligible for a partial refund. Cancellations must be made in writing via email.
- If canceled more than 90 days prior to the event, a 50% refund of monied paid minus the deposit amount.
- If canceled between 45 and 90 days prior to the event, a 25% refund of monies paid minus the deposit amount.
- If canceled 45 days or fewer prior to the event, no refund is guaranteed.
- Any person canceling their reservation for the event may have 50% of monies paid minus the deposit applied to a future planned event if there is space at said event.
- If an attendee must cancel their reservation with the retreat, they might be eligible for a partial refund. Cancellations must be made in writing via email.
